Our streamlined evaluation and repair process, outlined in 3 easy steps, is designed for efficiency and transparency, ensuring your system receives the best possible care. By completing the form below, you’ll initiate a quick assessment, allowing us to gather all necessary details and expedite your service. Step 1: Request for Evaluation/Repair: To initiate the process, please review the information needed for the evaluation. Once you’ve gathered these details, you can fill out the form at the bottom of this page. After reviewing your submission, we will send you an RMA (Return Material Authorization) along with your detailed shipping instructions for your system.
Step 2: Evaluation and Repair Process: After evaluating your system, we will send you a comprehensive report that includes:
- Findings from the free system evaluation
- Estimated cost of repair
- Any additional suggestions or recommendations from our expert technicians
- Information on any warranty coverage applicable to your system
Step 3: Repair Authorization: Once you’ve reviewed the evaluation report, you can choose how to proceed. Repairs will only begin after we receive your purchase order (PO) authorizing the work.
