Purchase Orders

To open a new customer account with us, please send the following information regarding your company:

• Company name
• Company contact
• “Bill To” address
• Telephone and fax numbers
• Three trade references

Please be sure to include the following information on your purchase requests to ensure quick and accurate processing and shipment of your order:

• Complete “Ship To” address, including postal code where applicable
• Required shipping method

Unless otherwise specified, all shipments will be sent via UPS.

Phone Orders (U.S. Customers Only)

We are happy to process your product orders by phone at 413.731.7835. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express for phone order payments (see Credit Card Order information).

Credit Card Orders

In order for us to accurately and safely process your credit card orders, we request that you supply us with complete account, cardholder and shipping information. Please complete the following form and send it to us via email or fax, or be prepared to supply the information over the phone to one of our customer service representatives.

International Orders

We have extensive experience processing and fulfilling international as well as domestic orders. We have successfully shipped products to destinations around the globe.

For first-time international orders, prepayment is required. Payments may be made by certified bank check or direct wiring of funds (this information must be provided at time of order).

Shopping Online

To order UV curing accessories online, visit our online store. We offer a variety of lamps, radiometers, light guides and other accessories for our flood and spot curing systems.

Return Policy

All product returns must be first authorized by our Customer Service department. A Uvitron service representative will issue a Return Material Authorization Number, which must be printed clearly on the top of the shipping carton and on the accompanying packing slip. Any unauthorized returns will be refused by our Receiving Department, so please call us first.

Returned products or demonstration units must be received in new condition, with no damage, dents, scratches or adhesive stains. Products should also be sent in the original packaging and shipping cartons to ensure proper protection during return transit. Some items may be subject to restocking fees. Account credits or refunds will be issued after returned equipment is received and inspected. Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom or non-stocked items returned for credit or refund.
